2009 Perfect Attendance (11-15-2009)
In today’s Annual Associate Meeting, 83% of World Class Plastics, Inc.’s hourly associates were recognized as having perfect attendance in fiscal year 2009. This is more than double the fiscal year 2008 perfect attendance rate of 37%. This is one evidence of how WCPI associates are working to continuously improve to meet the demands of our changing market place.
5 Year Awards (11-15-2009)
In today’s Annual Associate Meeting, World Class Plastics, Inc. recognized 3 associates, Mary Nolan, Kathy Rhoades and Jacob Stevens, for 5 years of service. Currently, nearly 50% of WCPI’s associates have at least 5 years of service.
Mary Nolan started at WCPI on February 5, 2004, has worked both in production and quality, and is currently a Floating Production Technician on 3rd shift.Jacob Stevens started at WCPI on June 14, 2004, has worked in production, receiving, materials and is now the processor on 1st shift.
Kathy Rhoades is a WCPI quality coordinator.
